Before we start working with a brand we undertake a rigorous analysis of the brand’s potential. This is an important process for us since we have to be selective about the opportunities that we take on. We plan, plot and steer a course for it towards the destination of brand realisation. We call this Exploration.
Exploration starts with a Brand Snapshot outlining the opportunity and ends with a Brand Charter that details the brand’s journey and destination. The Brand Charter also details how charteredbrands and the brand partner are going to manage the brand and is signed off by both parties.
